Legal Agreement between Beats4U and our Producers.
All of our featured producers have signed an agreement with
us that states that our producers are only allowed to provide
us with 100% original material for our sample DvD and the
use of samples from any music library or sample library product
is strictly prohibited.
This in effect means that all of our material is produced
100% in house and is thus always fresh.

Legal
License Agreement for our Sample DvD “Diamond
in the Rough”.
The samples contained herein are licensed, not sold
to the individual end user, by Beats4U. This non-exclusive,
non-transferable license is granted only to the individual
end user who has purchased an unopened, new and lawfully
made copy of this product from us or one of our suppliers.
All samples remain the property of Beats4U and are licensed
only for use in the creation of a live or recorded performance
that includes the licensed samples as part of a derivative
musical work created by the licensed end user.

| This license expressly forbids
the resale, rental, loan, gift or transfer of these samples
in any format or via any medium, except as part of a derivative
musical work. The samples may not be included, whether
unmodified or as a part of a derivative work, in any music
library or sample library product. Any unlicensed usage
will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under
the law. |
Refunds policy for the sample DvD “Producers Paradise”
We are happy to provide a full refund on our sample
DvD providing that it is returned to us in its original
state within the 30 day period of initial purchase.
However if the DvD has been opened and the protective
(holographic) seal broken or removed we will be unable
to accept returns. Please also note that all of our
DvD’s are factory produced and hand checked by our staff
for 100% consistency. We are thus unable to accept returns
for the damage endured by the DvD after it has been
used by the customer.
